Villa Villa la Quiete in Mogliano, Marche

Villa La Quiete is an elegant and discreet house, near the town of Mogliano, in the province of Macerata.
From the villa you can enjoy a beautiful view of the rolling hills of the Marche Region covered with olive tree groves and vineyards. In this area it's possible to visit many historic centres such as Tolentino, Fermo and Macerata, in addition to Civitanova Marche and Porto Sant'Elpidio on the adriatic coast.
Provided with its own entrance and a completely fenced garden, this villa has been designed to help people with various difficulties in movement. The decor is modern and comfortable, the rooms are large and very bright. Outside there is a large landscaped garden with swimming pool, barbecue and gazebo.
There is also a charging station for electric or hybrid cars.

Villa La Quiete is a comfortable property on two floors that can accommodate up to 15 people.
The villa is carefully furnished and designed to offer guests a relaxing and pleasant stay.
The access to the villa is guaranteed by a downhill boulevard, which is connected to the entrances on the ground floor, with no steps. Here there are:
- a huge living room with fireplace, billiard table, sofas and dining tables;
- a modern and fully equipped kitchen with pantry and laundry;
- a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower that is wheelchair accessible;
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
Outer space is shaded by a canopy equipped with sofas and various tables are available for reading and relaxing moments.
Upstairs, accessed by an internal staircase or by elevator for wheelchair next to the entrance stairway, there are:
- two double bedrooms;
- two triple bedrooms (with a double bed and a single bed);
- a living room;
- a bathroom with shower;
- a large bathroom with bathtub.
All rooms of the villa are spacious and bright. The villa is equipped with insect screens.
Guests in wheelchairs will find this home easy accessible and a lot of attention to make their stay easier.
For the 2026 season, the bedrooms will be equipped with air conditioning.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; use of mountain bike; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
