Situated on its own enclosed garden with well-maintained lawn of 900 sqm, guests of Villa Petra have on their disposal an outdoor swimming pool of 24 sqm with sun beds, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a covered terrace with a sitting set, a playground with slides and swing and three covered parking places.
Villa with swimming pool for 6 persons with a total living area of 135 sqm. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, sitting area and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6 people and a separate toilet with washing machine. From the kitchen, there is an exit to a spacious covered terrace with sitting set. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, private bathroom/toilet and a covered terrace, a children's bedroom with two single beds and a gallery for playing and one double bedroom with double bed, satellite TV, shower/toilet in the corridor.
NOTE: The pool can be used in the period 01.05. - 31.10.
