The pool lights illuminate the pool area during the night so you can enjoy a midnight swim. Around the pool, there's a terrace and a garden area with 10 sun loungers.

The house is brand new and designed with unbeatable taste and decoration. Its views over the countryside and the forest from the inside will not leave anyone indifferent. It has a living room with satellite TV and air conditioning; a dining room with an exclusive design with space for many diners; a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and everything you might need; and a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms with two single beds (one of them with en suite bathroom with shower) and an outside bathroom are located on this floor. The villa is just 70 meters from the main street that connects Portocolom and Felanitx and it may be that you hear the street from time to time. A short drive takes you to Felanitx where you can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you'll need for an independent stay.
