Sehr schönes Haus mit ein paar kleinen schwächen

- der Empfang durch Domenico war sehr freundlich
- das Haus an sich ist sehr schön und die Lage ist super
- Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön
- Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind sehr schön und hell
Negativ:
- in den 2 Schlafzimmer die nur über Aussentreppe zu erreichen sind hat es sehr streng gerochen, dass ist auch nicht durch lüften zu entfernen gewesen
- leider ist der Pool nicht geheizt dadurch war nach einer kurze Kälteperiode von 2 Tagen mit Regen der Pool max. nur noch 22° Grad warm und für die Kinder nicht mehr angehnehm, eine Poolheizung wär hier leicht realisierbar.

vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Tatsächlich gab es mit dem Geruchsverchluss der Abwasserleitungen im Gartengeschoss ein Problem. Der Geruchsverschluss ist in der Zwischenzeit repariert. Geruchsbeeinträchtigungen liegen nun nicht mehr vor.
