12 persons, EUR15/night). Good for families with kids & bigger groups.
Easy access, good for people of all ages. Very quiet place, no traffic, flowers & Mediterranean groves, pool & bbq just nearby each other.
Parking in our yard, few meters the villa. Pet friendly & green house (pets are not allowed to pool and shall not be left alone in villa). Excellent for any kind of celebrations (new Year, birthdays or similar occasions).
During the high season (summer), we rent our property Saturday to Saturday.
We live on second floor.

Zum Haus:
Die Fassade von außen super & Modern, sehr auffällig in Violett.
Zwei Stockwerke, dabei sind die Vermieter im Oberen Stockwerk.
Die Zimmer von innen sind frisch renoviert und gut Ausgestattet.
Die Apartment wirken zwar etwas klein, aber bei 4 Apartments auf einer Ebene verständlich.
Zum Kochen , einen extremen Wettertag, oder sich von der Fahrt zu erholen braucht man auch nicht viel Platz.
Zur Einrichtung in zwei der Apartment ist ein Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Ein Schrank ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und einer Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, spühle, Spülmaschine).Eine Klimaanlage und ein Badezimmer. Im Keller befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit großem Kühlschrank.
Die anderen beiden Apartments haben die selbe Einrichtung. Der feine Unterschied ist das dort Doppelbetten vorhanden sind, somit gut für Familien mit zwei Kindern.
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist in Linardici einen kleinen Dorf das neben den großen Hauptzielen.
Die Anbindung zu diesen ist Top. Flughafen ist eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Die Fähre nach Cres und Rab zehn Minuten und nach KRK ist es auch nicht weit.
Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar direkt auf das Mittelmeer, dort stehen sieben Stühle zum gemeinsamen Abendlichen Sit in.
Der Pool ist gemütlich mit viele Liegemöglichkeiten zum Sonnen.
Einen selbstgebauten Grill zum Grillen oder falls es zu kalt ist zum vorsitzen?.
Wenn Experten im Autostapeln hier Halt machen können Auf den vorhandenen Parkplätzen sieben Autos geparkt werden.
Die Vermieter sind freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Sie haben viele Tipps für Ausflugsziele und auch für gute Restaurants.
Selbst wenn man nur gebrochenes Englisch ist.? Man versteht sich.
Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen
