The south terrace features a garden house with a covered whirlpool for 5 people, the west terrace with a glass windscreen on the water and a dining table for dinners at sunset. Additionally, there are 2 large terraces on the wooden deck by the water, including one with a fixed picnic set and sun loungers.

1. In the event of a cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation fees:
a. 15% of the rental price for cancellations more than 3 months before the start of the rental period;
b. 50% of the rental price for cancellations more than 2 months but not more than 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
c. 70% of the rental price for cancellations longer than 1 month but not longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period;
d. 100% of the rental price for cancellations less than 1 month before the start of the rental period;
2. In addition to the cancellation fees, the landlord may charge a flat rate of €25 for administrative costs.
3. If the tenant can find a mutually acceptable third party to take over the rental for the agreed period, the cancellation fees are reduced by the rental income.

Ein Traumhaus !
60-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnraum und 42-Zoll im 1. Schlafzimmer - allerdings nur mit niederländischinen Kanälen - deutsche Programme konnten wir aber streamen (z.B. über Magenta TV).
Wir kamen nicht sofort mit der Whirlpooleinstellung zurecht - in 10 Minuten war Brenda als freundliche Helferin zur Stelle.
Kaution wurde umgehend erstattet

Mit dem großen Smart-TV ist auch bei schlechtem
Wetter für Unterhaltung gesorgt.
Die Betten sehr bequem - der Außenbereich mit den schönen Terrassen am Wasser ist auch in dieser
Größe außergewöhnlich. Die Abwicklung war völlig problemlos !
Auch die Kaution war einen Tag nach Abreise wieder auf dem Konto.
