The living room with dining area and fireplace has sliding doors leading to the covered terrace and garden with children's play equipment. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is one bedroom with two single beds and a (children's) bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Through the hall, you have access to the bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.
The communal garage can be used as a storage room; here you will find the washing machine, which can also be used by guests of the upstairs apartment. You can also store bicycles here. There is a private parking space.

If the tenant cancels the lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. From the time of booking until six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental until the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.
