If the tenant cancels the lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. The tenant's cancellation must always be in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking until six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental until the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.
