The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is one bedroom with two single beds and a (children's) bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Through the hall, you have access to the bathroom with shower and sink, and a separate toilet.
The communal garage can be used as a storage room; here you will find the washing machine, which can also be used by guests of the upstairs apartment. You can also store bicycles here. There is a private parking space.
