Both apartments share the main exteriors, where you will find the 8x8m chlorine pool, with a depth between 1.4m and 2m, the barbecue, and a porch with sofas and a large table where you can have a drink or a meal with your companions. In addition, both apartments offer furnished terraces where you can enjoy outdoor dining.
Inside the two-storey house, recently renovated, are the two apartments. Both have a nice living-dining room with AC and TV-sat (one of them also has a fireplace). The kitchens are of vitroceramic, independent and are equipped with everything necessary to cook comfortably. In both houses there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, in each apartment there are 3 bedrooms, all with fan. One has a double bed, while the rest have 2 single beds each. There are two bathrooms with shower on each floor. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.
There is exterior parking for 2 cars.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Villafinca by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental fee
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
