From the 23 m² terrace you have a view of the fjord and the mountains around. Below and in front of the house, a large lawn and terrace. I addition you have a 10.000 m² communal space where the children can play football, play in the sandbox or in the playground. 80 meters to a 200 m² communal terrace with a beach, outdoors covered grill with bar, pavilion and sun chairs. From June 23rd to September 6th, the swimming pool -100 meters away is open from 12 - 18.00 every day, shared with 18869, 28041 and 28042. You can rent a grill-hut in the communal area for NOK 1000 and deposit NOK 1000 where you clean after use or NOK 500 in for cleaning, and a whirlpool/massage bath for up to 6 people on a terrace by the fjord for NOK 2000 per week or NOK 1000 for a day, deposit NOK 2000, in addition to NOK 500 in start costs (filter and chemicals), and a cinema/conference room with 16 comfortable leather chairs for NOK 5000 per week, if you contact the local office directly. The beach is sheltered by a large private pier, great for fishing. Several 16 ft boats with 20 hp are available for rent. You can also rent two Øien 620F 21 ft boats with 50 hp Suzuki DF50ATL 4-stroke motor, Garmin Echo map 72SV chartplotter/GPS/sonar, control panel, fishpot hook and 6 rod holders. Jet skis can be rented at NOK 800 per 30 minutes (deposit NOK 4000) with training. A fish cleaning table can be found in an annex 30 meters from the house. The boats are located in a private harbour by the fjord. The fjord has plenty of fish, lobster and crabs. Only 5-10 minutes by boat to some of Norway's best fishing spots.
