Lovely apartment located on the second floor of a villa with lake view for a group or family vacation for up to 5 people!

The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, opens onto the bright living room furnished with television, dining table, two armchairs and two sofas, one of which can be converted into a comfortable single bed. French doors provide access to the private balcony with lake view, equipped with a small table.
The house continues with the eat-in kitchen equipped with a fireplace, oven, microwave and kettle. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the master one with lake view, queen-size bed, closet, chest of drawers and ceiling fan, while the second one has two single beds (size: 80 x 175 cm), bedside table and a second ceiling fan. A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, bidet and toilet completes the layout.

Amenities such as free Wi-Fi, washing machine and heating are available in the accommodation.

*A private terrace with lake view equipped with outdoor table and chairs is also available to guests.
*Guests can easily park their cars in the private parking lot inside the facility.

Padenghe is a small town on the Brescia side of Lake Garda, nestled in the green moraine hills. This land forms the production area of the most important D.O.C. wine in the province of Brescia: “Garda Classico.” The Castle of Padenghe sul Garda, hosts theater companies for interesting evenings, musical groups, and historical and folklore reenactments that fill the sweet evenings after a day spent boating or on the beaches. This area of Lake Garda also offers many nightclubs for younger people. There is also no shortage of long walks, bike paths, fields, a rich schedule of events, and golden beaches to enjoy during the summer season. The beaches of Padenghe sul Garda are beautiful in every season, as is the mysterious and romantic historic center.

The apartment is within walking distance of Padenghe's medieval castle and is easily accessible from Desenzano train station about 8 km away and Verona's Valerio Catullo airport, about 35 minutes away by car.
