Description

The apartment, located on the second floor reachable on foot, opens onto the spacious living room equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a well-equipped open kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and American coffee maker. From here, guests will have access to the magnificent terrace furnished with a set of outdoor sofas and a dining table, perfect for enjoying delicious meals outdoors. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both furnished with a queen-size bed each, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests will enjoy amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.

Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property.

The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

We, a family of 4, stayed at this flat in Manerba del Garda for 10 days. The flat is new, nice and convenient with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a good size balcony facing the lake. There’s part lake and mountain view which is beautiful at all times of day. The pool is nice and clean. Depth is 1.50 m - there’s no shallow end. It’s great with an in door car park!The area is beautiful. The camping site across the street are not fond of letting non campers in but they do allow to go to the shop or pizzaria, which doesn’t do take away. There’s a 10 min walk to a good stony beach with restaurants, rentals etc. Food shops and other are driving distance. The check-in and out with Wonderful Italy at their office in Desenzano is easy and friendly and they’re very helpful. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and can highly recommend this flat
