The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room that features a new double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a completely new open kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, oven, American coffee maker and toaster. A French window provides access to the private covered porch equipped with a dining table and barbecue, overlooking the courtyard inside the residential complex.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and closet.
A bathroom equipped with a bathtub with shower and washing machine completes the layout.
Guests will have amenities such as air conditioning in all rooms, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.

*Guests are informed that there are video surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas of the residential complex.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

*Guests will collect the keys at the Welcome Point in Località Rovere 2, Desenzano del Garda, 25015.

Guests will benefit from a garage inside the property.

The Residence Pool is open seasonally and a lifeguard is present for the safety of guests. A swimming cap may be required.
*In May the pool will be open from 11/05 every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. From 01/06 to 10/09 the pool is open daily from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The residential complex is equipped with a tennis court.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of the hills of Valtenesi, and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tasting of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, and destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 45 minutes from the airport of Verona.
