This characteristic stone built House is located directly next to the main square of Civezza in a quiet and pleasant street. It was originally owned by a Norwegian painter, and this has added to the atmosphere of an already beautiful place. The House is spread over four floors. The first floor comprises of a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher ), with natural stone walls, second floor includes a living room with T.V italian channels a dining table and 2 armchairs and bathroom, third floor comprises two bedrooms, one with 2 single bed the other with a King sized bed. The fourth floor comprises of an open terrace with beautiful views of the olive groves and surrounding hillside.

Further Details: a charming walking and cycle track all along the sea front built on the line of a disused railway line which runs for the entire length of the coast, from San Lorenzo al Mare to Ospedaletti grossing the town of San Remo the 28 km breathtaking stretch provides access to five kilometres of previously unreachable beaches. The path is a cyclist’s dream: flat and wide, surrounded by trees and flowers, it is perfect for families and for experienced cyclists.

-By car from Milan:Tade the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia. Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest.
From Torino, take the A6 to Savona. Follow the signs towards Ventimiglia, and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest.
From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza.

Tolles Haus Der Ort einfach toll und so ruhig

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Mitten in einem alten ligurischen Beegdorf, umgeben von Olivembäumen. Trotzdem alles vor Ort: Lebensmittelläden und ein sehr gutes Restaurant! Und mit dem Auto ist man auch gleich am schönen Sandstrand

Civezza ist ein sehr idyllisches Dorf in Hügeln unweit von San Lorenzo am Meer. Alle Besorgungen konnten vor Ort erledigt werden. Leider hatte nur ein Restaurant geöffnet. Wir empfehlen jedoch eher einen Oster- oder Herbsturlaub, da es im Haus im Sommer sehr heiß wird und das kühlende Meer nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist.

Wir haben sieben Nächte in Cevizza verbracht und haben es wirklich sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wenn man alt und urig mag, so wie wir es geliebt haben, dann ist es was für einen. Sie Ausstattung der Küche ist super! Alles vorhanden um sich selber zu bekochen und versorgen. Monica und Franco sind sehr freundlich. Für eine Woche werde ich immer wieder gerne kommen!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft, einem alten dörflichen Haus auf vier (!) Ebenen war sehr angenehm, man sollte aber beachten, dass die Treppen sehr halsbrecherisch sind, weil sehr unterschiedlich hoch und ohne Handlauf. Also definitiv nichts für ältere oder gebrechliche Menschen und kleine Kinder. Das Haus war ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort und können diese Unterkunft (und die Umgebung) vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

Das Haus und das Dorf sind superschön, wir haben es geliebt auf dem kleinen Platz vor dem Haus zu essen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ein sehr schön gestaltet schmales Haus, in den Räumen ist es angenehm kühl nach einem ausgedehnten warmen Frühsommertag. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, dass auch das Kochen Spass macht. Ich weiß nicht, wie viele Male ich die Stufen raus und runter gelaufen bin, weil ich was vergessen hatte - da bleibt man fit. Mein Schrittzähler war jedoch am Ende des Tages immer begeistert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Monica empfangen, die perfekt deutsch spricht. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht und eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Panoramablick. Wir können sie jedem empfehlen

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen in dem schöben civezza. Einkaufs und Essensmöglichkeiten sind wie beschrieben hervorragend mit sehr netten und freundlichem Personal. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand ist ebenfalls super. Eone Klimaanlage wäre an einigen Tagen angebracht gewesen, aber dafür fahren wir ja in den Sommerurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Das Leben im Haus auf vier Etagen und steilen Treppen ist jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man muss den Charme dieses alten Hauses zu schätzen wissen und auch die Nachteile der teilweise dunklen Räume zu mögen zu mögen.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in diesem typischen ligurischen Haus verbringen. Das Haus, der Ort aber besonders die netten Menschen die wir kennenlernen durften waren traumhaft!!!! Nochmals vielen Dank an Monika und Franko die uns wunderbar betreut haben!! Ci è stato concesso di trascorrere due settimane in questa tipica casa ligure. La casa, il posto ma soprattutto le persone simpatiche che abbiamo conosciuto sono state fantastiche!!!! Grazie ancora a Monika e Franko che si sono presi cura di noi meravigliosamente!!

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, war sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. An die Treppen gewöhnt man sich schnell. Die Aussicht ist super. Zum Strand in San Lorenzo waren es nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus in Civezza verlebt. Zum Strand sind es nur 10 Min mit dem Auto. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Radweg an der Küste auf den ehem. Bahngleisen nach San Remo.

Am Anfang schon gewöhnungsbedürftig durch die vielen Treppen, aber da gewöhnt man sich schnell dran. Die Aussicht ist super, das Objekt war sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell am Meer, wir fanden allerdings den Strand in S. Lorenzo nicht so schön und sind bis S. Stefano gefahren. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen und Franco ein super netter Gastgeber

Wir haben uns in civezza und in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll um sowohl Strand, als auch das ligurische Hinterland und die schönen Dörfer,Berge und Flüsse zu erkunden. Kleinigkeiten die kurz nicht funktioniert haben (zb.wlan), wurden umgehend behoben. Auf den Fotos im Netz wirken alle Räumlichkeiten etwas größer ,was uns aber nicht gestört hat.
Wir saßen auch gerne auf dem kleinen Platz vor dem Haus.Es war sehr schön dadurch kurze Kontakte zu den sehr freundlichen Bewohnern von civezza zu bekommen. Tutti bene ;)

We love this house and return as often as we can. It has everything you need and is set in a really authentic quiet Italian village. We love hearing the church bells chiming in Civezzo and the surrounding villages. It is sheer relaxation well except for my husband who cycles the coastal mountains. Franco is very approachable and helpful and wants to make your stay the best it can be.
wonderfull stay in Civezza
Our first holiday with our daugther in Francos House was amazing. The House with a wonderfull terrace (you can look over the mountains and see the sunset in the evening) was very cozy, with lots of privacy. Civezza is a beautifull little village with very, very friendly people. When ever we had questions we could ask Franco and he always answered very quickly. We can really recommend this house to all!! Thank you again for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful time in Civezza. Franco was a great host; so helpful and a real gentleman. The village is like going back in time and the restaurant was absolutely terrific. Great little stores to buy local produce. And a fabulous location since so near to South of France and 10 minutes drive approx to the beach.
Entspannende Ferien
Wir haben die Ferien in diesem hübschen, urigen Häuschen, ruhig gelegen mitten in einem typisch italienischen Dorf, wieder sehr genossen. Civezza hat alles, was man braucht: zwei Lebensmittelläden, eine große Pizzeria, ein kleines Restaurant mit Bar direkt am lebendigen Dorfplatz, Apotheke, Post, Kirche, Busanbindung ans Meer, nach Imperia und San Remo, malerische Gassen (weitgehend ohne Autoverkehr) und eine funktionierende Dorfgemeinschaft. Franco als Vermieter ist immer ansprechbar und sorgt freundlich für Abhilfe bei allen etwa auftauchenden Problemen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

We were for the first time in this area for a spontaneous relaxing holiday and could not make it better. A beautiful, quiet house with wonderful views of the valley. Nur bedingt geeignet!
Die Wohnung ist u.a. als für Senioren- und Familienurlaub geeignet angepriesen. Das ist jedoch in keinster Weise richtig. Die extrem hohen, unregelmäßigen Steinstufen sind nirgends durch ein Geländer gesichert. Diese Stufenhöhe sowie die fehlenden Geländer machen das Besteigen der Treppen zu einem Gesundheitsrisiko. Diese Wohnung als auch für Seniorenurlaub geeignet zu beschreiben ist daher schlichtweg falsch. Ebenso würden wir sagen, dass Familien dort nur Urlaub machen können mit älteren Kindern. Für Kleinkinder und Kindergartenkinder stellt diese türlose Wohnung mit ihren hohen Stufen eine konkrete Gefährdung dar!!
