Spacious and brightly furnished two-room apartment with 63 sqm for 1-3 people, newly designed in 2019.
Warm red tones, bright ash wood, and cream-colored tiles ensure a harmonious living atmosphere. With your own sauna integrated into the bathroom, you can enjoy your personal wellness oasis.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and there is a south-facing terrace right in front of the apartment. In the summer, this covered terrace is available for relaxation. Additionally, there are beautiful, sunny terraces on the south-east side and on the west side of the house, which are available without restriction.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, dishwasher, hob, safe, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, children's equipment, and much more.
In the summer, a terrace with a reading lounge and an alpine beach chair, as well as our garden with a lawn for sunbathing, table tennis, and trampoline are also available.

Holiday destination
The hiking trails start right outside the front door, or take a 2-minute walk to the cable car, ski school, and village center.
In summer, in July and August, we have ponies for children to brush, pet, and care for. Unfortunately, riding is not possible at our Rosenhof.
For hiking couples and small families, we offer attractive package deals.

Sehr Schönes Apartement in Zentraler Lage!
Die Skiraum ist in Dieser Jahr zum erste Mal an der Gondel. Gross System!! Handschuhe Skischuhe Ski und Helm... alles kann in es. Und am nächtsten Tag ist alles Trocken.
In die Wohnung fanden wir nur die Pfanne nicht gut. Aber vielleicht war das unsere Problem. ;-)
Die Familie Kathrein sind Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!
Wir können jedem das Haus empfehlen!!
