The nearest shop is in the village of Kerames, approx. 3 km away. The next larger tourist town is Spieli, about 20 km away. From there it is only another 20 km to Rethymnon on the northeast coast of Crete with its particularly beautiful old town next to the old fortress. With many restaurants and cafes a visit is worth it.
