A prestigious late gothic palace in the centre of the Canal Grande route, the area of San Samuele and Santo Stefano has been traditionally the residential space of the city where all the most influential families have established their main residence. Being equally distant from San Marco (political and religious centre) and Rialto (business centre), it represents the perfect location from which they have exercised their power and managed their interests in more than 1000 years of history of the Republic of Venice. The first settlements in the area date back to the 10th century and the first palaces were built in the 12th century.

Palazzo Garzoni Moro has been built in the 15th century and it has been restored completely in 2017. It is composed by a large residence facing the Canal Grande and privately owned and 8 apartments in the rear part of the Building all facing the private courtyard, the nearby canal and the Venetian roofs.
