Description
The Lion’s House is a newly restored house with 4 apartments which undertook a complete restoration in September 2010, in Salizada San Lio, Castello. The apartments have been furnished with design and modern taste by our company on behalf of the owners, and are the perfect place to spend your holiday in Venice- central, stylish and comfortable. The Lion’s House 1 has 2 bedrooms-1 large double and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom and a bright living and dining area with 32″ flat TV on the wall and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is provided with new blender, toaster, kettle, dish washer, washing machine, oven, microwave and a four ring stove. Plus wine glasses, ceramic plates etc and children’s plastic plates/cups. The dining area has white table and chairs, and the modern sofa with art paintings by Italian artist Guglielmo Meltzeid, from Primo Piano Gallery in Venice (near Palazzo Grassi) enhance the living area.
The bathroom has a cabin shower, sink and WC.
The apartments is equipped with quality linings, towels and hair drier.
Air conditioning for the Summer and floor heating for the winter. All floor is in wood and the ceiling has old traditional wood beams, typical of Venice palazzos. The lift arrives at every floor.
