Nice holiday home with room for the whole extended family. The holiday house is located on the coast with the Fensfjord not far away and great views. An eldorado for sport and leisure anglers. The holiday home is nestled in a cove with a garden and sandy beach with jetty and bathing stairs. The house was modernized in 2005. Large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Around the house, there is a large lawn, perfect for ball games, badminton and other activities for the whole family. The holiday home has a spacious living room with a dining table, a beautiful view of the fjord and access to the large terrace. Separate and well-equipped kitchen with dining area. Heat pump and wood-burning stove. On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms and a spacious, tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. A cot for ages 3-12 available. Free wireless internet with fiber 100MBits, TV channels via Alt-i-box with Norwegian, European and German channels like SAT1, Erste, ARD and ZDF as well as TV2 og NRK. The nearest service point is Masfjordnes 3 km away with a grocery shop, restaurant and petrol station. At the shop you can buy a hiking map for the area with information about the wonderful fjord and mountain landscape. Only 500 m away is a hiking trail to the lake Hopsvannet. In lake Sør-Kvingevannet it is possible to fish for trout. From Masfjordnes there is a cable ferry to Duesund for nice day trips to the millenary site of Gulating, Norway's oldest courthouse, in a lovely park area with sculptures. Otherwise, Skjerjehavn is a favorite tourist destination, an old trade and tourist hub that has been restored back to ancient times. Here, there is a lovely hotel with good food and drink as well as shops and bars. If you want to experience a big city, the capital of Western Norway, Bergen, is 1 ½ hours away with art and cultural offerings, restaurants, shops and great hotels. Other attractions are the famous Bryggen, the fish market and not least Fløybanen and Ulriken. Two boats for rent: Duo 12 feet w. engine 9.9 HP 18 feet m. engine 60 HP 100 m to boat berth.
