Description
South-facing holiday home with panoramic views 200 m from Bergsøyfjorden, great for fishing all year round. Final cleaning included in the price. Natural plot. Awning on half the terrace by the house. TV: Astra1 for German channels and Norwegian and international channels via Allente. Internet speed, 15 Mits. Assembled single beds. A separate bed/daybed in the living room for a 5th person, please see photo. In the outdoor area there is a gazebo with electricity and terraces with glass railings. Swimming facilities, 200 m to shallow beach and 300 m to rocky cliffs. Great hiking area along a gravel road. The area offers varied and beautiful nature with the possibility of picking mushrooms/berries in late summer and autumn. 3.5 km to a 6-hole golf course. Day trips to Molde, the fishing village and the coastal fort Ergan in Bud, Altanterhavsveien, Kristiansund with Atlanterhavsbadet and Sherpa stairs at Kvernberget, 240 m above sea level right by the airport. 20 min to Torjulvågen, farm outlet with several award-winning cheeses. Innerdalen, Norway's most beautiful valley. Fish for cod at 20-25 kilos. Lots of large fish due to the fact that 3 fjords meet. Fish for salmon and trout in the fjord (except between March 1 - May 1) or fish in the river Batnfjordselva 25 km away - fishing license included. By the holiday home, there is a separate small building with indoor filleting bench with light and running water and room to store fishing equipment. Distance to the rental boat, 3 km. Boat for rent: 19 foot aluminum boat with 50 HP Suzuki outboard engine, steering console/sounder/GPS/chartplotter.
