The cottage is furnished with light, combined living and dining room, where the large sliding doors provide direct access to the house's large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The living room is i.a. equipped with a flat screen TV and a fast internet connection, which gives you ample opportunity to stream your favorite channels. The kitchen department is richly equipped with i.a. induction hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a large, built-in closet wall and the option to fold up a cot. The cozy bedroom on the ground floor contains a large bunk bed with space for two sleeping in the lower bunk. In addition, it is possible to fold out the sofa bed in the living room behind a folding door. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. High chair and changing area as well as toys are also available. The terrace forms a secluded courtyard environment on the garden side of the house, which is warm even on a slightly cool summer day and evening. In the large garden there is a good opportunity for ball games, swing rides and play in the sandbox for the youngest. The house is located on a 707 m2 large, secluded natural plot and the area as a whole is quiet and family-friendly with small, quiet roads that allow for rides on roller skates, scooters, etc. In addition, playground with football field is just 100 meters from the cottage. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
