Charming holiday home in the center of Mandal, Norway's southernmost town with small cozy wooden houses and cobbled streets. The holiday home has 2 floors. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. On the first floor you will find a large, pleasant living room in combination with a kitchen and dining room. Pleasant furnishings. TV with Norwegian channels. The kitchen was renovated in 1990 and the bathroom in 2010. Outside, there is a pleasant patio with garden furniture. Due to the old wooden buildings in the area, it is not allowed to light a barbecue. Guests need to bring their own linen. The holiday house is only 100 meters from the heart of cozy Mandal center with its many facilities such as cultural center, niche shops, Furulunden, restaurants and cafes. Not far from the beach, e.g. Sea sand with 800 m of sandy beach. In Mandal, you can take pleasant walks through the streets or have a picnic in the city's beautiful park, Skriverhaven. Nearby there is also a playground for the little ones and an indoor swimming pool. A visit to Ryvingen lighthouse is also a nice trip. Free parking in Emanuel Vigelandsvei, otherwise zoned parking. Garbage needs to be emptied into a container in Grensegata, 100 meters from the house. In the holiday home, you will find brochures with information about sights in the immediate area and in Lindesnes/Kristiansand. The house is not let to youth groups.
