During establishment and facilities of the holiday home a focus lay on natural materials and ecological construction.

Getting there

From Germany, Salzburg A9 until St Michael on S6, exit Feistritz, then straight ahead to Hof, Prankh, turn right to Wasserleith, there turn left towards Fressenberg and follow the signs through Wasserleith to the crossroads in the forest. There you have to turn left towards Fressenberg West until the first farm. Then there is a sharp curve. In 200 m you have reached your destination.
Please do not follow your satnav, but take the old way to Fressenberg!
Please always stay on the asphalt road!

Wir waren nur 4 Tage da aber es hat sich gelohnt . Ruhe und Erholung pur . Die Aussicht, traumhaft . Das Umfeld wunderschön. Für jeden was dabei ,ski fahren ,rodeln, Kuhstall. Das Haus super schön , jedes Zimmer mit Bad und Balkon. Sehr sauber ,gemütlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt . Super herzliche leute ,Wir empfehlen weiter und kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Haus für unser Familientreffen (10 Pers.) genutzt. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, das Haus wunderschön, gepflegt, sehr sauber und es fehlte uns nichts! Natürlich hatten wir für Ende April bereits sehr schönes Wetter, so dass wir in dem schönen Garten bereits grillen und draußen essen konnten. Es war auch sehr schön, dass jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hatte und machte das Zusammenleben mit vielen Menschen sehr unkompliziert. Direkt von der Haustür aus haben wir wunderschöne Wanderungen unternommen. Die Jugendlichen haben sehr gern im Stall der Familie Hochfelner geholfen und diese Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir haben den Urlaub in sehr guter Erinnerung und können das Schöne Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Liebe Familie Hochfelner,

auf diesem Weg möchten wir uns nochmals für zwei traumhafte Urlaubswochen in Ihrem tollen Ferienhaus bedanken. Die Lage mit dem Ausblick sowie die Ruhe für einen entspannten Urlaub suchen ihresgleichen.

Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und wir fünf haben uns super wohl gefühlt und dank der vielen Schlafzimmer und Bäder hatte jeder sein eigenes Wohnreich.

Auch vielen Dank für die immer nette Kommunikation, die tollen Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge, die leckere frische Biomilch und von den Kindern für das Heuhüpfen und dass sie im Stall mithelfen durften.

Von uns eine klare Empfehlung für diese wirklich besondere Unterkunft!
