Description
It is located in the middle of the village center, literary one minute foot walk to the bars, restaurants, supermarket or church. It has a spacious private back yard and roof terrace with a great view on the mountains. We are excited that all renovation works are now finished so the property can be rented out when we are not their ourselves :)
Please note that we have divided the house in two rental units. Locomondo 1 is this listing.
The ground floor contains of a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious seating area, comfortable lounge sofa and a seperate roomy bathroom.
On the first floor the hall way divides both bed rooms and the second bathroom.
The private back yard has an inviting seating area, pergola and outdoor shower. On the roof terrace there a two further seating areas, 2 sun / lounge beds and an outdoor kitchen.
