Spacious vacation home for 26 people with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and activity room located by the Limfjord, just a short drive from the market town of Skive. If a swim sounds like something for you, it's great that the holiday home has its own swimming area. Here you will find the cottage's heated swimming pool with a water slide, counter-current system, and Roman steps. After a swim in the pool, you can enjoy a dip in the hot tub or sauna—perhaps an even bigger hit with the older members of the group? The cottage's many possibilities continue in the activity room. Here you can compete in billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts. While the players are busy with the various activities, spectators can enjoy a drink at the room's bar. If you want to watch a movie, you can do so in the sofa area, which is equipped with a PlayStation4. In total, the luxury house has 10 bedrooms spread over three sleeping areas with en suite bathrooms. There are six additional sleeping places in the loft in the activity room, where younger guests in particular enjoy spending the night. In the heart of the cottage, the large kitchen/family room, there is plenty of space for large holiday dinners. If you are a skilled cook for 26 people, dinner can be conjured up in the well-equipped kitchen, which has two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks, two refrigerators, and extra stove space. When it's time to serve and enjoy the food, there is plenty of room for 26 people at the room's long dining table. The large open-plan kitchen is connected to the bright living room and lounge, where the wood-burning stove can keep you warm on cooler days. The cottage's terrace is partially covered, which means that it can be used even if it rains. On the terrace, you will also find two barbecues where you can prepare dinner while the children jump on the in-ground trampoline in the garden (use at your own risk/insurance). You will also find a charging station for electric cars by the house. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
