Description
The house is situated on an unobstructable hill in a fantastic panoramic position with a 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains, forests, and meadows. A breakfast on the large sun and panoramic terrace with this view, the tranquility, and the nature-connected location will quickly make you forget the everyday stress and worries of daily life.
But the house itself is more than worth its money, as it was built in the mid-90s in a completely organic log construction and has a living area of around 175 m2. It combines luxury and rustic coziness to an extent rarely seen. It offers you plenty of space in the existing two living areas, one of which is intended as a dining and cozy seating area, which adjoins the large real wood fitted kitchen. This room has also been equipped with a tiled stove and two large terrace exit doors (sliding elements). The living area downstairs, with its approximately 55 m2, is intended as a relaxation and TV room. It leads directly to the sauna room and should also serve as a rest room after sauna sessions. These two living areas are also ideal for families with children, as while the children can watch TV or play in the lower room, the parents have the opportunity to chat in the upper living room in complete peace.
Furthermore, we offer you four beautiful double bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room downstairs. We provide you with two shower rooms and a bathroom with a tub and double washbasin.
The approximately 1300 m2 private garden is at your disposal with its impressive old trees.

If the tenant cancels the rental agreement after it has been concluded, a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit paid will be charged. The tenant has the right to arrange for a substitute tenant who will assume the rights and obligations of the contract. Both the original and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rental price. If the tenant cancels:
- Up to 70 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price will be charged,
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price,
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the rental price.

Exit at Regau and follow the B 145 (Salzkammergut federal road) along the picturesque Traunsee to Bad Ischl, and then continue to Bad Goisern.
