Description
The pool is located about 10 meters from the house in the lower area of the gently sloping garden. The pool terrace is reached via a short stone staircase. From here, guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and countryside. Around the pool, there are ample sun loungers and umbrellas.
Podere Annamaria has two furnished terraces. The first is located on the side of the main building and is equipped with two picnic tables and a large umbrella. The second terrace is directly in front of the restored barn. An ideal place where guests can dine together outdoors. Both terraces offer a wonderful view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The swimming pool is 15 x 7 m in size and 1.20 – 2.20 m deep and has a diving board at the deep end.
The owner lives on the first floor of the main building. The pool is reserved for guests and is not used by the owner.
