This luxury villa, built in 2017, is located on the outskirts of the old picturesque village of Prines, about 5 km from the town of Rethymnon. It is about 260 square meters and was built on a plot of approx. 8,000 square meters.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. The large master bedroom on the first floor has a large roof terrace with an exclusive lounger. The other two bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
The kitchen with a large cooking island leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with everything you need. In front of the kitchen is the approx. 30 sqm large, roofed outdoor area with dining area and lounge furniture.
The living room has a fireplace. You will also find a large Full HD TV and a stereo system.
There is also a guest toilet and a washing machine.
From the 90 sqm pool terrace you can enjoy the 43 sqm pool. Several terraces are shaded with about 86 sqm of pergolas. You can park your car in the shady carport.
