Large living-cum-dining-area with access to a large, covered terrace with lounge furniture and a barbecue area (gas barbecue; large dining table with 6 chairs), view out over the green surrounding area and right down to the sea (65m away).

Fully equipped open fitted kitchen (extra large ceramic stove, oven, side-by-side fridge with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, mixer, plenty of cutlery, kitchen utensils).
Three bedrooms (master bedroom with its own bathroom and access to its own terrace, TV). All bedrooms have mosquito nets fitted to their windows.

The exterior of the property includes a large garden with its own private pool and sun loungers. Private driveway with car parking spaces.
The holiday house has a front row seat right above the sea. You can enjoy direct access (via a small footpath) from the cliffs to the beach or reach the beach in Marathias with its taverns, etc., in just a few minutes on foot. Or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the standalone property by your own private pool. The holiday house lies between the towns of Agios Georgios Argyrades and Marathias/Santa Barbara to the south west of the island of Corfu.

Holiday destination
The standalone location right above the sea between Agios Georgios Argyrades and Marathias/Santa Barbara with a view across to Paxos is truly unique. The beach between the two towns and right in front of our plot of land is generally free for your own private use ... it's quite simply magnificent. You can reach the town of Marathias/Santa Barbara in just a few minutes on foot. You'll find several taverns and a supermarket there.

Einfach nur traumhaft - Urlaub am Strand/Meer/Pool in einem tollen Ferienhaus
Wir haben erholsam geschlafen, eine bis in das kleinste Detail ausgestattete Küche fanden wir vor, tolle geschmackvolle Möbel - es fehlte wirklich an gar nichts. Der Gasgrill auf der Veranda wurde gerne genutzt und die Tavernen, die wir entweder fußläufig am Strand von Marathias besuchten oder per Auto im nahegelegenen Agios Georgios Argyrades vorfanden, haben uns sehr gut gefallen...
Der lange Sandstrand mit dem wunderbaren Meer war ein Traum. Die Kinder konnten in das flachabfallende Meer ganz sicher hineingehen. Die Reinigung des Hauses wurde alle drei Tage vorgenommen - ganz wunderbar! Wir kommen in dieses Paradies 2023 zurück. Danke an das Hausmeisterpaar - super Service!

Ein super Familienferienhaus in traumhafter Lage
Die Ausstattung, von der Küche bis hin zu der tollen Terrasse mit Aussicht auf Pool und Meer, war einfach grandios. Es gab deutsches TV und Radio über Satellit. Einen Gasgrill ebenfalls.
Der Trampelpfad hinunter zum Strand ist mit Bambusstab als Stütze gut zu meistern (unsere Kinder sind natürlich wie die Gämse hoch und runter). Am Strand angekommen, wird man mit einem langen Sandstrand (wir waren meistens alleine) und einem türkisleuchtenden Meer belohnt.
Natürlich haben wir auch den Pool ausgiebig genutzt.
Reinigung und Kommunikation waren hervorragend. Wer sich auf Korfu auskennt, weiß, dass dieses Haus eine Perle an der Südwestküste ist. Wir kommen wieder!!
