The accommodation consists of 2 flats on the first floor and an annex with a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The accommodation offers elegant, typically Tuscan furnishings with plenty of atmosphere and comfort.

The villa is quietly located, at the foot of the Montecarlo hill. Its particular location, surrounded by gardens and fields, provides spectacular views from the residence. Enjoy romantic sunsets and breathtaking views over the entire Valdinievole.

The well-tended private garden of about 2000 m² is fully fenced and provided with a parking space. The residence is equipped with a swimming pool, parasols, gazebo, barbecue, chairs and tables.

The owner lives in the same building on the ground floor. There is a separate entrance to ensure guests' privacy.

Schöne Villa in ausgezeichneter Lage für Leute, die die Toskana erkunden möchten. Alle interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, Siena, La Spezia, Strände von Viareggio, Accona-Wüste, Crete Senesi,...) sind mit dem Auto in akzeptabler Entfernung (zwischen 20 Minuten und maximal 1,5 Stunden Fahrt). Die Villa selbst liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, obwohl die Straße, an der sie liegt, belebter ist, als Sie erwarten würden, obwohl dies nicht störend ist. Die Domäne, auf der sich die Villa befindet, ist groß und gepflegt. Einziger Hinweis ist, dass Paolo (der Besitzer) und seine Mutter jeden Tag vorbeikommen, um kleine Wartungsarbeiten durchzuführen (Poolreinigung, Gartenpflege...). Sie tun dies so unauffällig wie möglich und zu Zeiten, in denen es nie wirklich störend ist. Der größte Nachteil ist, dass sie kaum Englisch sprechen, aber auch das ist nicht unüberwindbar. Auch das Innere der Villa ist sehr gepflegt und vom Balkon im ersten Stock hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Der Pool ist groß genug für 1 oder 2 Familien, also keine Sorge. Also für jeden was dabei.

Schönes Haus mit großem Garten, darunter ein schöner Pool. Schöne Gegend mit vielen touristischen Möglichkeiten. Einziger Kritikpunkt, es gab kein Kinderbett was bei der Reservierung angegeben war.

Wir sind seit 1 Woche in der Villa und hatten nichts zu beanstanden! Am zweiten Tag fragten wir den Besitzer, ob er Boulebälle haben könnte und am Tag danach kam er als Überraschung mit einem neuen Satz Bälle! Sehr freundliche Leute. Und an heißen Tagen ist der Pool gerade gut genug, um sich abzukühlen.
