At this floor you will also find a large ‘vide/entresol’ with a view to the living. At the living floor a door leads to the staircase connected to the lowest level with the 4th bedroom, also with double bed and wardrobe, and the 3rd bathroom, again with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. At this floor you will also find a separate washmachine room with wash machine and dryer as well as a large second living area with doors to leading to the terrace at the other side of the villa.
