The interior of the house, distributed on a single floor, is designed to guarantee a comfortable and cosy stay. It has a bright living room equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV and a dining area open to the gas kitchen, fully equipped for cooking during your stay. There is a second kitchen with ceramic hob, equipped with an electric oven. The house has three bedrooms with double beds and fans, ideal for rest. It also has two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite, both with shower. If you are travelling with a baby, you will be offered a cot and high chair. Finally, there is a washing machine and iron for your use during your stay.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
