This wonderful village house offers a refreshing private saltwater pool at the back, where you can admire views of the surrounding fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The outdoor area also includes a sunbathing area with loungers and a porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is located within the village and has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house, which consists of two floors, has a classic and cozy style. The living room features satellite TV and is connected to the dining area through a traditional Mallorcan arch. The independent-style kitchen has a ceramic hob and everything needed to prepare delicious meals; it also has access to the backyard. On this floor, you will also find a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms for relaxation. One has a double bed, wardrobe, radiator, air conditioning, and TV. The other room has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, radiator, and a fan. A final bathroom, in this case with a bathtub, completes the first floor. The house is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. We can also provide a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

The house has central diesel heating.

Pets are not allowed.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email.
