The villa is divided into three levels. Throughout the house you have underfloor heating (via electricity) and air conditioning. The fully equipped modern kitchen, the dining area and the living room are located on the ground floor. From the kitchen and the living room you have access to the 90 m² terrace. Here you will find a dining area and an additional seating area, which is furnished with high-quality rattan furniture. The terrace is mostly equipped with pergolas and windbreaks. About 5 steps you reach two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and is furnished with a box spring bed. The second bedroom also has a double bed and also has a satellite TV. The attached bathroom has a shower. From both bedrooms you have direct access to the well-kept garden, the terraces and the pool.
The third bedroom with four poster bed and en-suite bathroom is on the lower level. The attached large bathroom is equipped with a corner bath. From this bedroom you also have direct access to the garden and pool area.
