Description
The house is in a typical Mallorcan rustic style with a furnished terrace overlooking the garden and the pool with its lawn area. The terrace and garden have views of the Tramuntana mountains and the Puig de María monastery near Pollensa. The pool measures 8 by 4 meters.
The house consists of a living-dining room with sofas, television and dining table, a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils including refrigerator, oven, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units, ideal to combat the hottest days of summer.
The house offers free Internet connection via Wi-Fi. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.
The television has local Spanish channels, some satellite channels (three English speaking news channels and a number of German channels). Your own devices can also be connected . An HDMI cable is provided but you will need an adaptor for your own device.
To make the most of the local area it is desirable to have a car.
