Description
The entry to the villa is directly into the lounge and dining area. There is a fully fitted kitchenette with all the modern facilities and equipment that you may require on your holiday.
Down the corridor there is a light airy twin bedroom and an equally bright double bedroom, both have fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom between the two bedrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning/heating at no extra cost, to enhance your comfort they are available to be used at any time during the day.
From the lounge, doors open onto the north facing front terrace which is partially covered by vines for outdoor dining and with easy access to the pool and sunbathing area. There is also a barbeque house constructed in local stone, with an exterior utility room and shower/WC, along with covered dining area and mini fridge, perfect for dining al fresco.
From here there are views down towards the town. The mountains form a pretty backdrop to the villa and to the left of the property you can see the fine old building of Finca de Boquer.
Villa Moya is situated on a large plot partially screened by hedges , plants and shrubs with lawn areas and pretty flowerbeds with fencing around the perimeter.
