The big town of Rethymno is 25 km away. Villa Nikolas is located at the foot of Mount Kouloukonas, ideal for hiking and bird watching. In spring there is an abundance of wild flowers. The valley slopes gently down to the pleasant fishing village of Bali, where there are shops and taverns. From the villa, Bali is just a few minutes drive through the olive groves. In Bali there are many water sports such as water skiing, canoeing and diving. And all this in a quiet holiday atmosphere. At 400 meters there is a five star hotel with restaurants, bars and wellness offers.

The villa is situated on a plot of 400 m2 and is part of a small complex of 4 houses next to each other. It offers spectacular views of the mountains and the Bay of Bali from the balconies and sleeps 6 people. Distances 3 km from the sea, 25 km from Rethymno, 45 km from Heraklion airport.
