Indoor area
The natural stone house was extensively restored and renovated in the summer of 2016 without losing the ambience of a bygone era. The old wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors were preserved and the rooms were furnished in a rustic style with valuable, old furniture.
With 180 m² of living space, the two-story country house offers plenty of space for a maximum of 8 people in 3 double rooms, 1 twin room (can also become a double room), 2 bathrooms (with shower) and a guest toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
On the ground floor, the spacious living room with its comfortable seating and fireplace invites you to relax. The spacious kitchen-living room is equipped with all modern comforts, and in the dining area there is space for up to 10 people at the large table.
On the upper floor are the fully air-conditioned bedrooms (3 double rooms; 1 2-bed room) and two bathrooms.
Outdoor area
The 10,000m² well-kept, park-like garden offers a dignified and family atmosphere with plenty of privacy. Large lawns, shady olive trees, various fruit trees and the pool area (pool: 5x10m; 1.10m-1.50m deep) with its elegant sun loungers and parasols invite you to relax.
Just a few steps from the kitchen you reach the large covered terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs and a grill to prepare and enjoy meals outdoors.
A little further there is another terrace that invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and armchairs.
There are 6 private parking spaces on site.
The property is ideal for weddings and other celebrations for up to 20 (inside) or 100 people (outside).
You book the holiday home, the garden and the pool completely alone. There are no other people living on the fenced property.
